Pregnancy Massage helps reduce stress in mom as well as baby! Research studies by the Touch Research Institute (TRI) from the University of Miami show that women who received prenatal massage had lower anxiety and stress hormone levels, fewer complications and symptoms of hypertension.

Depending on how far along in your pregnancy you are, your therapist will position you accordingly. Sidelined and Semi-Reclined positions are used when laying on your stomach and back is no longer available/comfortable. (No pregnancy pillow available)
